Cheryl Hitosis McKearin is a Senior Instructional Technologist at CATE. Drawing from her experience in both instructional design and instructional technology, she provides advanced support across UIC’s ecosystem of educational technologies. Prior to joining CATE, she taught English composition and ESL/ELL for almost a decade. Cheryl graduated from UIUC with an English Literature degree. She holds graduate degrees in English Literature and Instructional Leadership from UIC.
Cheryl enjoys eating noodles, reading novels, and scuba diving.
