About

Judge Bailey Jr. is an Instructional Designer at CATE. Before joining the UIC community, he was an Instructional Designer at North Park University where he supported the Center for Online Education. He assisted faculty to develop online and hybrid courses for graduate and undergraduate education. Judge has the expert knowledge and experience to apply the Quality Matters higher education rubric for QM course design standards. Judge has a passion to learn and design meaningful education that provides the best learning experience and outcome. He believes learning can occur every day, but you must pay attention as it is the first step in the learning process and should never end.

Judge enjoys exercising, sightseeing, traveling, and dining. He earned his M.A. in Training & Development at Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL with a credential in E-learning and Instructional Design. He also earned a B.S. with Honors in Technical Management from DeVry University.
