Frank Fernandez is the Manager of Learning Technologies Support at CATE. He previously worked for Technology Solutions (formerly ACCC). He manages the CATE on-site support team and services. Prior to joining UIC, he worked at Allstate Insurance Company and 3M Home Health Information Services. Frank's skills include IT project management, endpoint management and networking. He is a graduate of UIC with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Systems and a minor in Biological Sciences.
